2. Health Journey 3 months agoI am 105 with relatively few health complications in my life. I had gallbladder surgery at 60, cataract surgery at 80, a mild to moderate cold/ year. UTIs yearly. High cholesterol controlled with statins, a fib controlled with diltiazem, glaucoma which worsened in my 90s. The most significant issue was knee issues and bone fractures, in my…

i did forget to add that along my health journey I did experience mild insomnia and was put on quetiapine in my 90s. I also was more on the constipated side for most of my life. I had daily bowel movements but the stool was on the harder side and in my 90s I could go three days without a bowel movement
